Wilson macht sich Sorgen über den Pornokonsum seines Mitbewohners House. Er überredet seinen Freund zur Teilnahme an einem Speed-Dating-Anlass. Dort stiehlt ihnen jedoch Chase die Show, obwohl dieser sich als unsympathischer Langweiler ausgibt. Am meisten irritiert darüber ist Chase, hat er doch Gewissheit, dass die Frauen einzig wegen seines Aussehens auf ihn stehen. Bloggerin Frankie sucht mit blutunterlaufenem Gesicht den Notfall auf und bringt House und sein Team an die Grenze ihrer Weisheit. Erst die Lektüre des Blogs, in dem Frankie zum „rger ihres Freundes selbst intimste Details aus ihrem Beziehungsalltag preisgibt, führt Chase zu einer wichtigen Entdeckung. Er erkennt, dass die Patientin eine kaputte Herzklappe hat. Diese Diagnose stellt die Bloggerin vor eine schwierige Wahl: Schweinsklappe oder künstliche Herzklappe? Denn die eine ist unproblematisch, aber von beschränkter Haltbarkeit, während die andere Blutverdünnung voraussetzt, was eine Gefahr für die Gesundheit künftiger Babys wäre. Einmal mehr kommt es zu einem Streit zwischen Frankie und ihrem Freund, denn sie will diese folgenreiche Frage nicht selbst beantworten, sondern den Entscheid ihren Bloglesern überlassen. Derweil entdeckt House eine peinliche Jugendsünde von Wilson. Als dieser ihn um absolutes Stillschweigen bittet, macht sich House mit fies-kreativer Gründlichkeit daran, das Geheimnis der Öffentlichkeit zu präsentieren.
