Laurie films Laurie on the way back from MVMA Fest 2010

We just wrapped up the MVMA Fest in beautiful Marfa, Texas. We were on our way back to Austin - depressed, frankly, because we didn’t want to leave Marfa. We thought beers were in order, and the perfect place to do that would be Luckenbach. We went on a whim, totally by chance. And who do we find there, jamming with the local musicians? None other than Hugh Laurie, who was filming a documentary and jamming with these great musicians: Kevin Higgins Barbara Malteze, Penny, and songwriting duo Shannie.
